These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the websites and services of Salita Promotions and Alliance Productions (“we”, “us”, “our”), including salita.pro, credentials.salita.pro, our participant portal, and our text-message program. By using these services you agree to these terms.
Use of Our Services
Our credential applications, participant portal and production tools are provided for event professionals, athletes, their teams, officials, media and staff working with our events. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep any sign-in code or access link confidential, and not to attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.
Credentials are issued at our discretion, are non-transferable, and may be revoked at any time. Access to the participant portal may be granted, changed or withdrawn at our discretion.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Program description. Salita Promotions and Alliance Productions send text messages relating to event participation — including one-time sign-in codes, credential status updates, schedule and call-time changes, and travel, hotel and ground-transport details.
- Consent. You opt in by providing your mobile number to us — on a credential application, in your participant profile, or by giving it to our staff for event coordination — and agreeing to receive text messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your role and event activity.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile provider.
- Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive a single confirmation message and then no further texts. You may opt back in by replying START or by contacting us.
- Help. Reply HELP for assistance, or email craig@allianceproductions.com.
- Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
- Supported carriers. Major US carriers are supported. Carrier support may change without notice.
Your mobile information and text-messaging consent are never sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Accuracy of Information
Schedules, call times, bout orders, travel arrangements and other event details change frequently. We make reasonable efforts to keep information current, but it is provided without warranty and may change without notice. Always confirm time-critical details with your event contact.
Intellectual Property
All content on our sites — including names, logos, marks, photography and copy — is owned by Salita Promotions, Alliance Productions or their licensors, and may not be reproduced or used without permission. Photographs and materials you submit remain yours; by submitting them you grant us a license to use them for event operations, credentialing and related promotion.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including missed messages or unavailability of the sites.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
